My first attempt at beer can chicken
I decided that I was going to grill a beer can chicken... so I grabbed a whole, frozen, farm raised, free range chicken from our freezer (my parents had bought a bunch awhile back and didnt have room for them all so they left a couple in our freezer and we have been blessed with a couple in the proccess.
I ran out to the Home Depot and picked up a beer can chicken stand and I was set!
all I needed to do now was find a recipie and get to it.
